I was a little turned off and confused by the old wardrobe reference. But it's RODARTE not Banana or J. Crew. If it's still relevant, she's a smart dresser for pulling it back out. What's your take?
Lady Gaga's electric persona is one reminiscent of '80s rebels like David Bowie and Grace Jones. Manned with ebony voguing dancers and supergalactic get-ups, Gaga appeals to sexually-undecided dress whores and all that join the party.
Her live performances fought back against comparisons to the lipsyncing Brittany Spears and her evolving image has exceeded Christina Aguilera look alike jokes. Gaga has leaped lightyears before any of our favorite female performers, giving us fashion that seems only possible in dreams where every pair of shoe we own is some crazy Louboutin collaboration.
In NY Mag's 125 Minutes with Lady Gaga, the "disco diva" maintains her ferocious mystery. When asked what her least favorite food is, she replies, "I'm a pop singer. I don't like food at all." Perfect answer, Ms. Gaga.

The Ananas Boutique is an airy shop sprinkled with colorful and versatile arm candy. Life in the Philippines for designer Jennifer Baum Lagdameo made a lasting impression, serving as the inspiration and material source for her collection of handbags, made in New York.
Lagdameo designs with an organic and minimalist style. The cork and metallic double pocket Nealy bags and change purses are more conservative while, my favorite, the paperbag-shaped Lou Lou bag, is a bit boho in style and a bit '90s in red. You can also find scarves that Lagdameo designs as well as Philippino designed jewelry at the location.
