Nina Garcia, Norma Kamali and Calvin Klien all call FIT their alma mater and in about a year and a half I will be able to as well!
After graduating from Boston University in 2007, I applied to FIT for Communication Design. Cancelled that app because I didn't really want a degree in graphic design.
But a few months later (10.08), I decided that now is the time to follow my brewing desire to attend the fashion school.
I'll be majoring in fashion merchandising management, during evenings and weekends...I can still work while I take courses like product development, jewelry design and principles of merchandising (math ugh!). So excited!
