This fall, Target will be teaming up with 22 designers, namely Jonathan Saunders, Anya Hindmarch and Sigerson Morrison. That's great, but there aren't any Targets in the city, right? Wrong! Target is hitting a crowded Manhattan street near you with four "bodega" locations.
