"Trick or Treat" fashion story: Paper Magazine

I had to bypass my promised posts for this topic. Once an accessory, dare I call it that, only seen amongst nerds in movies...and me in the fourth grade over a ruffled button down and pinstriped pants (I was so fierce!), suspenders are now creeping up onto the style scene. Worn over a tee or a plaid shirt, haphazardly tucked into jeans, suspenders are the accessory that says I put effort into this with little effort. I like.
